As an elective Hospital, we accept patient referrals from General Practitioners, Hospital Consultants, Acute Hospitals or Allied Health and Social Care Workers.

Patient Referrals

Written or typed referrals can be submitted to the Hospital via Healthlink, post or email. We recommend that you use the following template and provide detailed information. This will enable us to schedule patients according to their needs and prioritize patients who require urgent care.
