- The National Orthopaedic Hospital Cappagh accepts patients on a referral basis only. Patients are referred by a GP, acute hospital or hospital consultant.
- Medical Cards must be valid at the time of treatment.
- Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.

Refund Policy
Refunds resulting from an overpayment or credit, and applied for within 4 months of the initial transaction, will be made to the debit/credit card used for the original payment transaction.
Alternatively, refund applications made 4 months or more after the initial transaction will be made by EFT payment to the patient’s bank account.
